We are a family called to live and serve on the Kenyan coast, share Jesus where the Gospel is less heard, strengthen local churches and walk with people for the long term.
Called to stay, serve and make Jesus known
Swahili Coast Mission began with a calling to go where God was leading, even when there was no ready-made road. Since 2016 we have made our home in Kilifi, building relationships, sharing the Gospel, walking with churches and serving the communities around us.

The Swahili Coast
God called us to the Kenyan coast, a place with a very different history and religious landscape from much of inland Kenya. We make our home in Kilifi and serve through relationships that stretch along the coast.
Mahanaim Mission Base
Mahanaim is our base for ministry, prayer, training, visitors and everyday life. It gives teams and individuals a place to stay while serving alongside us.

Faith that becomes practical
Neema Collective grew out of many of the same relationships, creating practical opportunities for work, skills and community development. SCM and Neema are separate organisations, but they belong to the same story of long-term life and service in Kilifi.
